  • The structure of this machine is three-roll asymmetric type, with the lower roll as the main drive and vertical lifting motion to clamp the plate. The lower roll gear meshes with the upper roll gear, and also serves as the main drive, while the side roll performs lifting motion. It has multiple functions such as pre-bending and rolling, with a compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance.

This model of plate rolling machine can roll steel plates with thickness 0.8-6mm and width 2000mm, suitable for rolling thin plates into small diameter cylinders and simple pre-bending before rolling.

    1. Pure mechanical drive ensures synchronous lifting of the rolls and safe and reliable rolling work.

    2. Simple structure, easy to assemble and disassemble and maintain.

    3. Reliable clamping pressure (no slippage), clamping the plate between the upper and lower rolls, and adjusting the height to match the required size when rolling plates of different thicknesses and widths.

    4. Can roll smaller diameter cylinders. When the thin plate's end is pre-bent, the straight edge length is shorter than other models of plate rolling machines.

FAQ

Q

What to pay attention to when selecting a rolling machine?

A

When purchasing a rolling machine, confirm the plate thickness, width, material, and finished cylinder diameter first; choose a four-roll model if no straight edge is required, and a three-roll model if the budget is limited. Determine the mechanical/hydraulic/CNC configuration according to your needs, pay attention to the wear-resistant process of the roller, the equipment tonnage margin, and comprehensively select by combining the workshop site, after-sales service, and maintenance.

Q

How to reduce deflection of symmetrical three-roll bending machine?

A

To reduce the deflection of the roller of the symmetrical three-roll bending machine, increase the diameter of the upper roll and perform quenching and tempering to improve rigidity. Install auxiliary support rolls at both ends to distribute the pressure. Use progressive rolling in multiple stages to avoid heavy load pressing in a single operation. Select an appropriate hydraulic tonnage capacity to avoid overloading. At the same time, reasonably control the width of the plate to reduce unilateral loading, reduce the bending deformation of the roller, and improve the accuracy of rolling and the service life of the equipment.
