This three-roll asymmetric plate rolling machine uses one lower roll as main drive. The lower roll can move vertically for plate clamping. Its lower roll gear meshes with the upper roll gear for synchronous driving of the upper roll, and the side roll enables tilting and lifting movements. Capable of plate pre-bending and circle rolling, the machine is compact in structure and simple for operation & maintenance.

  • This machine adopts a three-roll asymmetric structure. One lower roll is the main drive and realizes vertical lifting to clamp the plate. The lower roll gear meshes with the upper roll gear to drive the upper roll, while the side roll carries out lifting movement. It features multiple functions including pre-bending and plate rolling. It has a compact structure and is easy to operate and maintain.

    This plate rolling machine model can roll steel plates with thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 6 mm and width up to 2000 mm. It is suitable for rolling thin plates into small-diameter cylinders and performing simple pre-bending prior to rolling.

    1.Pure mechanical drive guarantees synchronous lifting of the rolls for safe and reliable plate rolling.

    2.Simple structure, convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.

    3.Reliable clamping pressure prevents plate slippage. It clamps the plate between upper and lower rolls, and height can be adjusted to meet required dimensions when processing plates with different thicknesses and widths.

    4.Capable of rolling smaller-diameter cylinders. When pre-bending thin plate ends, the remaining straight edge is shorter than that of other plate rolling machine models.

A

To reduce the deflection of the roller of the symmetrical three-roll bending machine, increase the diameter of the upper roll and perform quenching and tempering to improve rigidity. Install auxiliary support rolls at both ends to distribute the pressure. Use progressive rolling in multiple stages to avoid heavy load pressing in a single operation. Select an appropriate hydraulic tonnage capacity to avoid overloading.
