三辊机械非对称卷板机

该机结构型式为三辊非对称式,下辊为主传动,并做垂直升降运动,以便夹紧板材。通过下辊齿轮与上辊齿轮啮合,同时作为主传动,侧辊作倾升降运动。具有预弯、卷圆多重功能,结构紧凑操作维修方便。

  • 该机结构型式为三辊非对称式,下辊为主传动,并做垂直升降运动,以便夹紧板材。通过下辊齿轮与上辊齿轮啮合,同时作为主传动,侧辊作倾升降运动。具有预弯、卷圆多重功能,结构紧凑操作维修方便。

    此款型卷板机可卷板厚0.8-6mm,板宽2000mm钢板,适应于薄板小直径卷圆及可简单预弯后卷圆。

    1.   纯机械驱动,保证滚轮升降同步,滚压工作安全可靠。

    2.   结构简单,拆装维修方便。

    3.   夹紧压力可靠(无打滑),夹紧板上、下辊之间,可通过升降调节不同厚度和宽度的板卷圆时对应所需尺寸。

    4.   可卷制直径较小的筒体,当被卷薄板的端部预弯曲时,其直边长度比其他型号的卷板机要小。
