    The two side rolls of the inclined four-roll plate rolling machine move up and down in an inclined straight line. The upper roll, or both the upper and lower rolls, are driving rolls. The lower roll and both side rolls are hydraulically driven for lifting and lowering, and their lifting displacement is computer-controlled. The turnover device is controlled by NC or CNC. It has a pre-bending function for plate ends, so the plate can be pre-bent in one loading without turning around. Compared with a three-roll plate rolling machine, double-sided pre-bending efficiency is higher. With the upper and lower rolls clamping the plate, slipping is avoided, the formed cylinder quality is high, and material alignment can be performed to avoid edge misalignment during rolling. CNC numerical control can complete one-pass cylinder forming.

    (Note: Output may vary depending on the degree of equipment automation and the diameter of the workpiece being rolled. Rolling special workpieces may affect output due to the particularity of the rolling process.)
