Product Introduction
1、W12 CNC four-roll plate bending machine is equipped with a programmable CNC system, which can store hundreds of automatic rolling data for different workpieces, realizing one-key call and start. No manual operation is required, and the workpiece rolling is automatically completed.
2、This model not only meets the automatic rolling processing of circular workpieces, but also can meet the automated rolling of various arcs, squares, triangles, flat circles, ellipses, etc.
3、The operating system is equipped with an EPS electronic automatic leveling system, which can automatically adjust the parallelism of the moving axis, ensuring product quality.
4、The equipment completes the material feeding, pre-bending, and rolling in one rolling process. The remaining straight edge after pre-bending is ≤1.5 times the thickness of the plate, with high rolling accuracy, which can meet the requirements of automated welding.
5、This model adopts an inverted side roll cylinder technology, which improves the sliding stability and reduces equipment failure, while effectively reducing the body height to meet the ground installation requirements and reduce the user's infrastructure costs.
6、Strictly according to the process requirements, the welded parts of the frame are subjected to annealing and shot blasting treatment to remove internal stress, improving the strength and stability of the body.
7、The equipment can be optionally equipped with an internal automatic material lifting frame and an automatic external support frame, which can effectively control the self-weight deformation of the workpiece during rolling, assist in rolling, reduce labor, and improve product quality and work efficiency.

Four rollers are made of alloy steel 42CrMo, tempered after rough machining with HB240~300, surface quenched to HRC50-55. It complies with the JB/ZG4289-86 rolling cylinder steel standard, and stiffness meets (1/700~1/1000)L (L refers to the distance between the centers of the two frame supports). The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump, valve group, and auxiliary piping components. The hydraulic valve uses the Yuci Yu Yan stack valve system, with simple piping layout, less leakage, and convenient maintenance and debugging. All input and output ports of the hydraulic system have corresponding testing points for easy maintenance and fault checking. A 10-inch large screen system has automatic calculation function and automatic generation of rolling process. It is equipped with a dedicated independent operation panel and remote troubleshooting function, enabling one-touch operation and providing powerful data storage and retrieval functions. Dual Roller Drive System
The Chuangtu plate bender reliably clamps the plate during the pre-bending process, completely avoiding slippage. The dual roller drive ensures more stable and reliable clamping, allowing the edge of the plate to be closer to the clamping point.
The edge of the plate being closer to the clamping point is the optimal position for achieving the shortest straight edge length. After the pre-bending is completed, the plate needs to be further rolled and moved. The full drive method of the upper and lower rollers clamps and feeds the plate from both sides, distributing the clamping and feeding force on both sides of the plate, ensuring more precise feeding control.
Further explanation: the synchronous movement of the upper and lower rollers ensures reliable and stable feeding when rolling thin or narrow plates.
Each driven roller is directly connected with a hydraulic motor, ensuring stable and reliable plate feeding.
The direct connection is a standard feature of Chuangtu equipment, allowing torque to be directly transmitted to the plate, avoiding power loss.
Other manufacturers' plate benders have only the upper roller as the driving roller. When producing thin or narrow plates, the pressure of the lower roller relative to the upper roller is usually too low, causing slippage, or too high, causing material deformation, resulting in various problems. Furthermore, they usually adopt a gear box or friction wheel structure, which has low transmission efficiency and causes significant energy loss.
Plate bender optional accessories
Hydraulic vertical support
Provides support when rolling thin plates with large diameters, preventing collapse or overlap;
Precise hydraulic movement, overload protection;
It can align and correct the edge of the sheet material for alignment during spot welding;
It has a steering roller (supporting inclined conical sheet material) to support the sheet material to maintain the correct diameter throughout the rolling process, rather than using a crane.

Side support
Hydraulic tail support (optional)
Prevents collapse or reopening when rolling thin sheet materials;
It can support the rolled sheet material to maintain the desired curvature.

Tapered Bending Device
The tapered device is mainly composed of guide wheel, pin, composite bearing, pressure cover, etc.
Its main function is to guide the wire position during rolling conical, which makes it easy to roll small conical tubes, with simple operation and reliable use.
