To reduce the deflection of the roller of the symmetrical three-roll bending machine, increase the diameter of the upper roll and perform quenching and tempering to improve rigidity. Install auxiliary support rolls at both ends to distribute the pressure. Use progressive rolling in multiple stages to avoid heavy load pressing in a single operation. Select an appropriate hydraulic tonnage capacity to avoid overloading. At the same time, reasonably control the width of the plate to reduce unilateral loading, reduce the bending deformation of the roller, and improve the accuracy of rolling and the service life of the equipment.

How to handle failure of the hydraulic valve of a three-roll bending machine?

First, stop the machine and cut off the power supply for inspection. Check whether the hydraulic oil is turbid or lacks oil, and whether the filter element is clogged. Check the wiring of the hydraulic valve and whether the electromagnet is burned out. If the spool is stuck, disassemble and clean it, removing impurities and iron shavings. If there is oil leakage from the sealing parts or the spool is worn, ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ the corresponding valve group directly. If the pressure of the relief valve is abnormal, recalibrate it. After repair, perform a no-load test run, observe whether the roller lifting action is smooth without any jamming, and ensure there is no leakage before putting it back into production.
