Product Introduction
The upper roll universal type plate rolling machine is a hydraulically driven three-roll plate rolling machine, used to roll plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped, and conical shapes at normal temperature. The upper roll can move vertically and horizontally. The vertical movement of the upper roll is driven by hydraulics, while the horizontal movement is driven mechanically. It has a plate end pre-bending function, which is achieved by moving the upper roll horizontally to make it asymmetric relative to the lower roll.
When rolling into a circle, the two lower rolls are driven by an electric motor and reducer. Since the elevation of the lower roll remains unchanged, it is convenient for feeding and operation. The tilting frame uses hydraulic tilting. It is controlled by a PLC programmable display, with digital display operation, simple and intuitive operation.

1、This type of plate rolling machine has a plate end pre-bending function, with the remaining straight edge length ≤2.5 times the plate thickness.
2、It adopts EPS automatic electronic leveling technology, real-time monitoring and adjustment, automatically adjusting the horizontal level of the upper roll to maintain parallelism between the upper and lower rolls.
3、This type of plate rolling machine has DuTe's back bending process, which can achieve end pre-bending, continuous bending without a setback, and full digital display during the bending process.
4、Large size LCD touch screen display, human-machine dialogue control interface, efficient and intuitive operation.
5、Combining fixed deflection compensation of the upper roll with variable deflection compensation of the lower roll support roller, effectively overcoming the deflection deformation effect, improving the straightness of the product.
6、It has various overload and safety protection functions, interlocking, fault automatic alarm and prompt, which can effectively prevent misoperation, protecting the equipment and operator safety.
