Product Introduction
The upper-roll universal plate rolling machine is a hydraulically driven three-roll plate rolling machine. It is used for cold rolling of plates into cylindrical, arc and conical workpieces at ambient temperature.
The upper roller can move both vertically and horizontally. Its vertical motion is hydraulically driven, and horizontal motion is mechanically driven. It is equipped with plate end pre-bending function. This function is realized by horizontally shifting the upper roller to form an asymmetric position relative to the two lower rollers.
During circle rolling, the two lower rollers are driven by a motor and reducer. The fixed height of the lower rollers facilitates plate feeding and operation. The tilting frame adopts hydraulic tilting. Controlled by a PLC programmable touch display with digital readout, it delivers simple and intuitive operation.
Product Features
1.This plate rolling machine is equipped with plate end pre-bending function. The remaining straight edge length is no more than 2.5 times the plate thickness.
2.It adopts EPS automatic electronic leveling technology for real-time monitoring and adjustment. It automatically adjusts the horizontal level of the upper roller to keep the upper and lower rollers parallel.
3.It adopts DuTe back bending process, enabling plate end pre-bending, continuous bending with no back-off, and full digital display throughout the bending procedure.
4.It is fitted with a large-size LCD touchscreen and human-machine dialogue control interface for efficient and intuitive operation.
5.It combines fixed deflection compensation for the upper roller and variable deflection compensation for lower roller support rollers, which effectively counteracts deflection deformation and improves workpiece straightness.
6.It comes with multiple overload and safety protection functions including interlock protection and automatic fault alarm & prompt. It effectively prevents misoperation and safeguards both equipment and operator safety.
7.High-strength integrally welded frame and bracket deliver solid construction and long service life.
