Product Introduction
The upper roller universal type plate rolling machine is a hydraulic three-roll rolling machine, used to roll plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped, and conical shapes at normal temperature. The upper roller can move vertically and horizontally. The vertical movement of the upper roller uses hydraulic transmission, while the horizontal movement uses mechanical transmission. It has a plate end pre-bending function, which is achieved by moving the upper roller horizontally to make the upper roller in an asymmetric position relative to the lower roller.
When rolling into a circle, the two lower rollers are driven by an electric motor and reducer. Since the elevation of the lower roller remains unchanged, it is convenient for feeding and operation. The flipping frame uses hydraulic flipping. It is controlled by a PLC programmable display, with digital display operation, simple and intuitive operation.

1、This type of rolling machine has a plate end pre-bending function, with a remaining straight edge of ≤2.5 times the thickness of the plate.
2、It adopts EPS automatic electronic leveling technology, real-time monitoring and adjustment, automatically adjusting the horizontal level of the upper roller to maintain parallelism between the upper and lower rollers.
3、This type of rolling machine has DuTe's back bending process, which can achieve end pre-bending, continuous bending without a rear angle, and the entire bending process is digitally displayed.
4、Large size LCD touch screen digital display, human-machine dialogue control interface, efficient and intuitive operation.
5、Combining the fixed deflection compensation of the upper roller with the variable deflection compensation of the lower roller support roller, effectively overcoming the deflection deformation effect, improving the straightness of the product.
6、It has various overload and safety protection functions, interlocking, fault automatic alarm and prompt, which can effectively prevent misoperation, protecting the equipment and operator safety.

Product Details
The roller roll material is 42CrMo, with rough machining of HB241-286. According to the rolling roll steel standard JB/ZG4289-86, the rigidity can reach (1/700-1/1000) L (L refers to the distance between the two frames) The conical rolling device mainly consists of guide wheels, pins, composite bearings, and pressure covers. Its main function is to guide the position of the wire during conical rolling, making it convenient to roll small taper cylinders, with simple operation and reliable use The hydraulic system is designed by professional manufacturers, with excellent performance and reliable operation. It consists of three circuits: pressure regulation circuit, phase synchronization circuit, and speed regulation circuit
