    The two side rollers of the slanting four-roll plate bending machine perform inclined linear lifting movements. The upper roller or both upper and lower rollers are driving rollers. The lifting of the lower roller and side rollers adopts hydraulic transmission, and the lifting displacement is controlled by computer. The pressing control and tilting device adopts NC or CNC control. It has the pre-bending function for plate ends, which can complete pre-bending without turning the plate after one loading. Compared with the three-roll plate bending machine, the double-sided pre-bending efficiency is high. The upper and lower rollers clamp to avoid plate slipping. The roundness quality is high and can align the material to avoid edge misalignment. It can be rounded in one pass by CNC numerical control.

    (Note: Output varies depending on the automation level of the equipment and the diameter of the rolled workpiece. The rolling of special workpieces may affect output due to the particularity of the rolling process.)
