Product Introduction
This machine is a symmetrical mechanical plate rolling machine, which works by pressing the upper roller and rolling the upper and lower rollers. The output shaft of the main reducer transmits power through a set of gears to the two lower rollers. The change in the rotation direction of the roller shaft is achieved by reversing the main motor. It consists of one upper roller, two lower rollers, lifting screw, worm gear, and some auxiliary parts. The lifting motion of the upper roller is achieved by the vertical movement of the lifting screw.
This model is a classic mechanical plate rolling machine, durable, solid, low investment, simple operation, widely adaptable to various working conditions, and easy to maintain. The disadvantages are that there is a remaining head on the rolled plate, which requires rounding or bending with other equipment, high energy consumption, and low efficiency.
This equipment can roll plates with a thickness of 1mm-40mm and a width of 8000mm.

The rolling cylinders are made of No. 45 steel and have been quenched. The top roller is responsible for vertical movement and is located in the center between the two bottom rollers. The two bottom rollers are driven by the reducer, and the output gear meshes with the bottom roller gear to generate torque for rolling. A 10-inch large screen system has automatic calculation function and automatically generates rolling process, equipped with a dedicated independent control panel and remote fault diagnosis function, which allows one-touch operation, and provides powerful data storage and retrieval functions.
