Product Introduction
This machine is a mechanical symmetrical plate rolling machine. It operates by the downward pressure of the upper roller and the counter-rotation of the upper and lower rollers. The output shaft of the main reducer drives the two lower rollers through a set of gears. The rotation direction of the roller shafts is changed by reversing the main motor. It consists of one upper roller, two lower rollers, lifting screws, worm gears, and some auxiliary parts. The lifting movement of the upper roller is achieved by the up-and-down movement of the lifting screw.
This model is a classic mechanical plate rolling machine. It is durable, rugged, requires low investment, is easy to operate, widely adaptable to various working conditions, and easy to maintain. Its disadvantages are that the rolled plate has remaining plate ends that need to be rounded or pre-bent with other equipment, high energy consumption, and relatively low efficiency.
This equipment can roll plate material with a thickness of 1mm-40mm and a width of 8000mm.
