Product Description
The fully automatic four-roller plate rolling machine production line is an automated metal rolling processing equipment developed on the basis of four-roller plate rolling. It realizes full-process automated production including automatic sheet separation, automatic pick-up, automatic loading, automatic alignment, automatic feeding, automatic rolling, and automatic discharge. This equipment has a high degree of automation, can effectively ensure product quality, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and reduce labor intensity. It is widely used for fast and large-volume manufacturing of thin-walled tubes, automobile oil drums, ventilation ducts, chimneys, filters, solar water heaters, automobile exhaust pipes, liquid (gas) storage tanks, etc.

1. The stacking platform is equipped with an automatic sheet separator, which can automatically separate sheets and effectively prevent multiple sheets from being attracted to each other and picked up at the same time.
2. The automatic pick-up device adopts high-suction vacuum cups with buffering, featuring a reasonable structure and low failure rate. The suction cup guide posts are equipped with spring buffering, and the air pipes are connected to the metal guide posts, making the structure stable and not easy to fall off. The adjustable suction cup bracket can adjust the suction cup position according to the length and width of the rolled workpiece, ensuring stable and efficient pick-up. The lifting device is equipped with stable guide rods to ensure fast and stable lifting and traveling; high-quality high-power cylinders or servo motors are selected, providing fast lifting speed, stable operation, and no jitter.
3. The automatic alignment feeding device consists of an alignment device installed on the feeding platform and a feeding device. The alignment device adopts a dual-side moving alignment system and is equipped with multiple sets of rolling alignment wheels, suitable for aligning different sheets with large differences in sheet width. When the feeding device pushes the sheet forward, the alignment device remains in the alignment state, ensuring the correct feeding posture of the sheet.

5. After rolling is completed, the automatic discharge device automatically pushes the workpiece out to the external platform.
