The fully automatic four-roll plate bending machine production line is an automated metal circular processing production equipment developed based on the four-roll plate bending machine. It realizes the entire process of automated production, including automatic layering of plates, automatic material picking, automatic feeding, automatic alignment, automatic feeding, automatic rolling, and automatic discharging. The equipment has a high degree of automation, which effectively ensures product quality, improves production efficiency, reduces production costs, and reduces labor intensity. It is widely used in the rapid mass production of thin-walled tubes, automotive oil drums, ventilation pipes, chimneys, filters, solar water heaters, automotive exhaust pipes, storage tanks, and so on.

1. The stacking platform is equipped with an automatic separator, which can automatically separate the plates, effectively preventing multiple plates from being picked up due to adhesion.
2. The automatic material picking device uses a large suction vacuum cup with buffer, which has a reasonable structure and low failure rate. The suction cup guide column is equipped with a spring buffer, and the air pipe is connected to the metal guide column, ensuring a stable structure that is not easy to fall off. The adjustable suction cup bracket can adjust the position of the suction cups according to the length and width of the workpiece to be rolled, ensuring stable and efficient material picking. The lifting device is equipped with a stable guide rod to ensure fast and stable lifting and walking. High-quality large power cylinders or servo motors are selected to ensure fast lifting speed and stable operation without vibration.
3. The automatic alignment feeding device consists of an alignment device and a feeding device installed on the feeding platform. The alignment device uses a dual-side moving alignment system with multiple sets of rolling alignment wheels, which is suitable for aligning different plates with different widths. When the feeding device pushes the plate, the alignment device remains in the alignment state, ensuring the correct feeding posture of the plate.
