Product Introduction
1. The W12 CNC four-roll plate rolling machine is equipped with a programmable CNC system, capable of storing automatic rolling data for hundreds of different workpieces, enabling one-key recall and start. No manual operation is required; workpiece rolling is completed automatically.
2. This model not only meets the requirements for automatic circular rolling, but also supports automated rolling of various arc-shaped, square, triangular, oblate, elliptical, and other workpieces.
3. The operating system is equipped with an EPS electronic automatic leveling system, which can automatically adjust the parallelism of the motion axes to ensure product quality.
4. This equipment completes material alignment, pre-bending, and circular rolling in a single rolling process. The remaining straight edge after pre-bending is ≤1.5 times the plate thickness, with high rolling accuracy, meeting automated welding requirements.
5. This model adopts inverted side roll cylinder technology, which improves sliding stability and reduces equipment failures while effectively lowering the machine height, meeting ground installation requirements and reducing the user's foundation construction costs.
6. In strict accordance with process requirements, welding parts such as the frame are subjected to annealing and shot blasting to remove internal stress and improve the strength and stability of the machine body.
7. The equipment can be optionally equipped with an internal automatic material lifting rack and an automatic external support bracket, etc., which can effectively control the self-weight deformation of the workpiece during rolling, assist rolling, reduce manual labor, and improve product quality and work efficiency.
8. The equipment can be optionally equipped with the upper roll cone rolling device technology for four-roll plate rolling machines, meeting users' requirements for rolling conical workpieces, with advantages such as convenient operation, low use cost, and good rolling quality.
