Product Introduction
The two side rolls of the oblique four-roll plate bending machine perform inclined linear lifting motion. The upper roll or the upper and lower rolls are all active rolls. The lifting of the lower roll and the two side rolls is driven by hydraulic transmission, and the lifting displacement is controlled by a computer. The flipping device is controlled by NC or CNC. It has the function of pre-bending the end of the plate, which can complete the pre-bending with a single feeding without turning the plate over. Compared with the three-roll plate bending machine, the bilateral pre-bending efficiency is higher. The upper and lower rolls hold the plate to avoid slippage, resulting in high circular quality. It can adjust the material to avoid misalignment during rolling. It can be processed into a circle once by CNC numerical control.
(Note: Output varies depending on the degree of automation of the equipment and the diameter of the rolled workpiece. Special workpieces may affect output due to the particularity of the rolling process)
