  • Product Details
  • Product Introduction

    1. The W12 CNC four-roll plate rolling machine is equipped with a programmable CNC system, which can store automatic rolling data for hundreds of different workpieces, enabling one-key recall and start. No manual operation is required, and workpiece rolling is completed automatically.

    2. This model not only meets the automatic rolling processing of circular workpieces, but also meets the automated rolling of various arc-shaped, square, triangular, oblate, elliptical and other workpieces.

    3. The operating system is equipped with an EPS electronic automatic leveling system, which can automatically adjust the parallelism of the motion axes to ensure product quality.

    4. The equipment completes material alignment, pre-bending, and rolling in a single rolling process. The remaining straight edge after pre-bending is ≤1.5 times the plate thickness. The rolling precision is high and can meet automatic welding requirements.

    5. This model adopts inverted side-roll cylinder technology. While improving sliding stability and reducing equipment failures, it can effectively reduce the machine height, meet ground installation requirements, and reduce users' infrastructure costs.

    6. Strictly in accordance with process requirements, the frame and other welded parts are annealed and shot-blasted to remove internal stress and improve the strength and stability of the machine body.

    7. The equipment can be optionally equipped with an internal automatic lifting rack and automatic external support bracket, etc., which can effectively control the self-weight deformation of the workpiece during rolling, assist rolling, reduce manual labor, and improve product quality and work efficiency.

    8. The equipment can be optionally equipped with the upper roll cone-rolling device technology for four-roll plate rolling machines, which can meet users' requirements for rolling conical workpieces, and has advantages such as convenient operation, low use cost, and good rolling quality.

FAQ

Q

What to pay attention to when selecting a rolling machine?

A

When purchasing a rolling machine, confirm the plate thickness, width, material, and finished cylinder diameter first; choose a four-roll model if no straight edge is required, and a three-roll model if the budget is limited. Determine the mechanical/hydraulic/CNC configuration according to your needs, pay attention to the wear-resistant process of the roller, the equipment tonnage margin, and comprehensively select by combining the workshop site, after-sales service, and maintenance.

Q

How to reduce deflection of symmetrical three-roll bending machine?

A

To reduce the deflection of the roller of the symmetrical three-roll bending machine, increase the diameter of the upper roll and perform quenching and tempering to improve rigidity. Install auxiliary support rolls at both ends to distribute the pressure. Use progressive rolling in multiple stages to avoid heavy load pressing in a single operation. Select an appropriate hydraulic tonnage capacity to avoid overloading. At the same time, reasonably control the width of the plate to reduce unilateral loading, reduce the bending deformation of the roller, and improve the accuracy of rolling and the service life of the equipment.
