Product Introduction
Working Principle of the Cone Rolling Machine: The upper roller of the symmetrical cone rolling machine is located at the symmetrical center position between the two rollers. The hydraulic cylinder acts on the piston for vertical lifting movement, and the final-stage gear of the main reducer drives the two roller gears to mesh and rotate, providing torque for plate rolling. In a plate rolling machine, a flat ductile plate of uniform specification is placed between the three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller). With the pressure of the upper roller and the rotation of the lower rollers, it undergoes multiple continuous bending (inner layer compressed, middle layer unchanged, outer layer stretched), producing plastic deformation and rolling into the required cone or conical shape. This machine is suitable for rolling plates with thickness less than 20 mm.

The upper roller of the conical cylinder rolling machine can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically. It can be used for dedicated rolling of conical products, manufacturing stainless steel conical cylinders, rolling steel plate reducers, and small-diameter conical shells. It is simple, convenient, and fast. Product models can be customized according to customer requirements. The machine is widely used in high-precision industries such as aviation, nuclear power, and other metal structural component manufacturing, as well as chemical machinery, offshore oil platforms, oil, gas and water pipelines, etc.
