Product Introduction
Working Principle of Tapered Plate Rolling Machine: The upper roller of the symmetrical tapered plate rolling machine is positioned symmetrically between the two rollers. It moves vertically up and down under the action of a hydraulic cylinder, and rotates through the meshing of the gear of the main reducer's final stage with the gears of the two rollers, providing torque for rolling the plate. A plate rolling machine, with flat and uniform plastic plates between the three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller), uses the pressure of the upper roller and the rotation of the lower roller to produce plastic deformation through continuous bending (compression deformation of the inner layer, no change in the middle layer, tensile deformation of the outer layer), forming the desired conical or tapered shape. This machine uses plates with a thickness less than 20mm.
The numerical control four-roll plate rolling machine control system developed by our company is more in line with the actual needs of domestic localization, simple to learn, and requires low cultural level. It has become a strong competitor and alternative to imported numerical control plate rolling machines.

The upper roller of the conical cylinder plate rolling machine can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically, and is used for special rolling of conical products, such as stainless steel conical cylinders, steel plate size heads, small diameter conical rolls, which are simple, convenient, and fast. Customized product models can be made according to the model number. The machine is widely used in industries requiring high precision, such as aerospace, nuclear power, and other metal structure manufacturing, as well as chemical machinery, offshore oil platforms, and pipeline industries for oil, gas, and water transport.
