Performance Features:
The W43 series multi-roll leveling machine is a dedicated device for leveling metal sheets and strips. It is used for leveling uneven metal sheets in cold state. It can be used as part of various rolling mills, strip product uncoiling, leveling and shearing lines, and steel plate pretreatment production lines, and can be matched with other equipment in the line, or used as a stand-alone machine. The whole machine adopts a split frame structure. The lower row of work rolls is fixed on the lower base, and the upper row of work rolls is fixed on a movable crossbeam. The movable crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at a certain angle to adapt to leveling plates of different thicknesses. To ensure leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of work rolls are equipped with support rolls. Both upper and lower rows of work rolls are driven rolls, and adopt an integrated planetary reduction multi-drive form, with a compact structure.

Four-high metal plate leveling machine
The four-high leveling machine is a dedicated device for roller leveling of metal plates. It usually consists of power, main machine, electrical control, and other parts. Using the multi-roll working principle, the plate is repeatedly deformed between the upper and lower leveling rolls to eliminate stress and achieve leveling. Rigid support rolls (wheels) are provided on the outer sides of the upper and lower rows of work rolls, forming a four-high roll cluster structure. After leveling by this machine, the flatness of the plate can be significantly improved, and work quality can be enhanced. It can work independently for leveling a single plate; it can also be equipped with uncoiling and feeding at the front, and shearing, stacking, and line-connecting mechanisms at the rear, connected through a control system into a fully capable production line for leveling and slitting metal coils.
