  • Performance Features:

The W43 series multi-roll leveler is specialized equipment for leveling metal plates and strips. It is used to level uneven metal plates in a cold state. It can be used as part of various rolling mills, strip product uncoiling, leveling and shearing lines, and steel plate pretreatment production lines, and can be used in conjunction with other equipment in the line, or as a standalone machine. The whole machine adopts a split frame structure. The lower working rolls are fixed on the lower base, and the upper working rolls are fixed on a movable crossbeam. The movable crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at a certain angle to adapt to leveling plates of different thicknesses. To ensure leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower working rolls are equipped with backup rolls. Both the upper and lower rows of working rolls are driving rolls and adopt an integrated planetary reduction multi-drive configuration, providing a compact structure.

    Four-High Metal Plate Leveling Machine

The four-high leveling machine is specialized equipment for roller leveling of metal sheets. It usually consists of power, main machine, and electrical control parts. Using the multi-roll working principle, the sheet is repeatedly deformed between the upper and lower leveling rolls to eliminate stress and achieve leveling. On the outer sides of the upper and lower working rolls, rigid backup rolls (wheels) are provided to form a four-high roll cluster structure. After leveling by this machine, the flatness of the sheet can be significantly improved, enhancing work quality. It can work independently for leveling single sheets; it can also be equipped with uncoiling and feeding units in front, and shearing, stacking, and inline mechanisms behind, connected through a control system into a fully featured production line for leveling and slitting metal coils.

FAQ

Q

What to pay attention to when selecting a rolling machine?

A

When purchasing a rolling machine, confirm the plate thickness, width, material, and finished cylinder diameter first; choose a four-roll model if no straight edge is required, and a three-roll model if the budget is limited. Determine the mechanical/hydraulic/CNC configuration according to your needs, pay attention to the wear-resistant process of the roller, the equipment tonnage margin, and comprehensively select by combining the workshop site, after-sales service, and maintenance.

Q

How to reduce deflection of symmetrical three-roll bending machine?

A

To reduce the deflection of the roller of the symmetrical three-roll bending machine, increase the diameter of the upper roll and perform quenching and tempering to improve rigidity. Install auxiliary support rolls at both ends to distribute the pressure. Use progressive rolling in multiple stages to avoid heavy load pressing in a single operation. Select an appropriate hydraulic tonnage capacity to avoid overloading. At the same time, reasonably control the width of the plate to reduce unilateral loading, reduce the bending deformation of the roller, and improve the accuracy of rolling and the service life of the equipment.
