Product Introduction
The upper-roll universal plate rolling machine is a hydraulic three-roll plate rolling machine, used to roll plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped, and conical shapes at room temperature. The upper roll can move vertically and horizontally. Vertical displacement of the upper roll uses hydraulic drive, while horizontal movement uses mechanical drive. It has a plate-end pre-bending function; by moving the upper roll horizontally, the upper roll is positioned asymmetrically relative to the lower rolls to achieve plate-end pre-bending.
During rolling, the two lower rolls are driven by a motor and reducer. Since the elevation of the lower rolls remains unchanged, feeding and operation are convenient. The drop-end frame is hydraulically tilted. It is controlled by a PLC programmable display, with digital display operation, making operation simple and intuitive.
Product Features
1. This type of plate rolling machine has a plate-end pre-bending function, and the remaining straight edge after pre-bending is ≤2.5 times the plate thickness.
2. It adopts EPS automatic electronic leveling technology, with real-time monitoring and real-time adjustment, automatically adjusting the levelness of the upper roll and keeping the upper and lower rolls parallel.
3. The DuTe post-bending process of this type of plate rolling machine can achieve end pre-bending, continuous bending without rear angle, and the bending process is fully digitally displayed.
4. Large-size LCD touch screen with digital display, human-machine dialogue control interface, efficient and intuitive operation.
5. The combination of fixed deflection compensation for the upper roll and variable deflection compensation for the lower roll support rolls effectively overcomes the influence of deflection deformation and improves the straightness of the product.
6. It has various overload and safety protection functions, interlocking, automatic fault alarm and prompts, which can effectively prevent misoperation and protect the safety of equipment and operators.
7. High-strength integral welded chassis and bracket, firm structure, durable.
