Equipment Overview
The W12NC-122000 is a fully hydraulically driven CNC four-roll plate bending machine, with the upper roll as the main drive roll, the lower roll hydraulically lifting and clamping the sheet metal, and the two side rolls hydraulically tilting and swinging.
One feeding realizes pre-bending at both plate ends and roll forming. No need to flip the plate for rework. It delivers minimal residual straight edge and high roundness accuracy. This machine can roll arc parts and conical shells, and conduct simple leveling for steel plates. Its comprehensive performance is better than three-roll plate rolling machines.
The rollers are manufactured from 42CrMo steel via quenching and tempering treatment. They are wear-resistant and anti-deform, with low wear rate during long-term operation. Fitted with NC system and touch-screen HMI, it can save multiple groups of workpiece process parameters for one-click recall and automatic forming. It supports Chinese and English bilingual interfaces, ideal for domestic manufacturing and export trade. Optional attachments include discharge bracket, workpiece support and safety guards.
Strong end pre-bending capacity:
Adopting four-roll structure, it can directly pre-bend both ends of the plate. The residual straight edge is short, eliminating the separate pre-bending procedure and greatly improving production efficiency. Finished workpieces feature good roundness to meet welding requirements for pressure vessels.
