Fully assembled, it was successfully lifted and loaded for delivery to the customer's production site.
The W11S universal top roll plate rolling machine features a hydraulic three-roll structure. The top roll can move vertically and horizontally, eliminating the need for separate pre-bending tooling. With a single loading, it can complete plate end pre-bending, rolling, and roundness correction, and supports the forming of cylinders, cones, and curved workpieces. With stable forming accuracy, it is widely used in boilers, pressure vessels, steel structures, chemical engineering, construction machinery, and other industries, and is a mainstay model for thick plate rolling.
This shipment adopts a fully assembled delivery solution. The complete machine is secured and reinforced, with moisture-proof and rust-proof protection applied to the roll surfaces, hydraulic components, and electrical control cabinet.
