Performance Features
This machine is an upgraded model of the four-high leveler. An additional row of intermediate rolls is installed between the upper and lower rows of leveling work rolls and backup rolls (wheels), forming a roll group structure with three layers on top and three on the bottom, totaling six layers. Through the transition of the intermediate rolls, the supporting force of the backup rolls (wheels) does not directly act on the work rolls, avoiding the phenomenon of backup roll (wheel) marks left on the surface of sensitive materials during operation of the four-high leveler, and protecting the surface condition of the processed material to the greatest extent. It is mainly used for leveling aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, copper plates, non-ferrous metal plates, composite plates of different metals, coated, plated, and ground metal plates, and other plates with high surface requirements. The leveling rolls have uniform force distribution, good structural rigidity, small deflection deformation of the work rolls, and high leveling precision.
Optional automatic screwdown CNC system and expert system for storing typical workpiece parameters are available.
