    Product Introduction

The fully automatic four-roll plate rolling production line is an automated metal circular processing production equipment developed based on the four-roll plate rolling machine. It realizes the entire process of automated production, including automatic layering of plates, automatic material picking, automatic feeding, automatic alignment, automatic feeding, automatic rolling, and automatic discharging. The equipment has a high degree of automation, which effectively ensures product quality, improves production efficiency, reduces production costs, and reduces labor intensity. It is widely used in the rapid mass production of thin-walled tubes, automotive oil drums, ventilation pipes, chimneys, filters, solar water heaters, automotive exhaust pipes, storage tanks, etc.

    Product Features

    1. The stacking platform is equipped with an automatic separator, which can automatically separate the plates, effectively preventing multiple plates from being picked up due to adhesion.

    2. The automatic material picking device uses a large suction vacuum suction cup with buffer, which has a reasonable structure and low failure rate. The suction cup guide column is equipped with a spring buffer, and the air pipe is connected to the metal guide column, ensuring structural stability and preventing detachment. The adjustable suction cup bracket can adjust the position of the suction cup according to the length and width of the rolled workpiece, ensuring stable and efficient material picking. The lifting device is equipped with a stable guide rod to ensure fast and stable lifting and movement. High-quality large power cylinder or servo motor is selected to ensure fast lifting speed and stable operation without vibration.

    3. The automatic alignment feeding device consists of an alignment device and a feeding device installed on the feeding platform. The alignment device uses a dual-side moving alignment system with multiple sets of rolling alignment wheels, suitable for aligning different plates with different widths. When the feeding device pushes the plate, the alignment device is always in the alignment state, ensuring the correct feeding posture of the plate.

    4. The automatic plate rolling machine is a four-roll plate rolling machine produced by our company.

    5. The automatic discharging device automatically pushes the workpiece to the external platform after rolling.

FAQ

Q

What to pay attention to when selecting a rolling machine?

A

When purchasing a rolling machine, confirm the plate thickness, width, material, and finished cylinder diameter first; choose a four-roll model if no straight edge is required, and a three-roll model if the budget is limited. Determine the mechanical/hydraulic/CNC configuration according to your needs, pay attention to the wear-resistant process of the roller, the equipment tonnage margin, and comprehensively select by combining the workshop site, after-sales service, and maintenance.

Q

How to reduce deflection of symmetrical three-roll bending machine?

A

To reduce the deflection of the roller of the symmetrical three-roll bending machine, increase the diameter of the upper roll and perform quenching and tempering to improve rigidity. Install auxiliary support rolls at both ends to distribute the pressure. Use progressive rolling in multiple stages to avoid heavy load pressing in a single operation. Select an appropriate hydraulic tonnage capacity to avoid overloading. At the same time, reasonably control the width of the plate to reduce unilateral loading, reduce the bending deformation of the roller, and improve the accuracy of rolling and the service life of the equipment.
