Daily Production Record of Suxi Machinery Workshop
Morning light streams through the high windows of the factory into the Suxi Machinery production workshop, and a new day of production begins in orderly fashion. This is where press-braking equipment such as plate rolling machines, leveling machines, and profile bending machines is born. Machines hum quietly, steel plates move along the line, and every process carries the responsibility of delivering on orders—and embodies the Suxi team's commitment to precision manufacturing.
Inside the workshop, an overhead crane slowly lifts and moves plates. At the CNC cutting station, steel plates are precisely cut according to drawings, with clean, sharp lines. The three-roll and four-roll plate rolling stations are the core of the workshop. Operators carefully adjust the roller shaft parameters, and thick steel plates are gradually shaped between the rollers. The curvature must be repeatedly checked against templates—no rush, just careful control of each downward press to prevent springback and deformation, locking precision down to the millimeter. At the welding station nearby, sparks fly as welders, wearing protective masks, carefully complete the welding of frames and cylinder supports. After welding, they promptly remove slag and inspect the welds to eliminate porosity and cracks.
In the machining area, boring machines and lathes run continuously as roller shafts, main shafts, and frame components are precision-machined one after another. Calipers and micrometers are always in hand—every dimension must be repeatedly verified. The assembly team works from assembly checklists to assemble hydraulic systems, transmission components, and electrical control modules. Piping is laid out neatly and wiring is clearly labeled, and one universal upper-roll plate rolling machine after another gradually takes shape. After assembly, the equipment moves to commissioning: no-load trial runs, pressure tests, and stroke verification, with operating parameters recorded item by item. Commissioning engineers patiently troubleshoot abnormal noises, leaks, and other issues until the equipment runs smoothly and meets factory standards.
Quality inspection runs throughout production. Incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, and final product inspection provide layer upon layer of control—no nonconforming workpiece ever moves to the next process. Materials are stored neatly in designated zones in the workshop, safety signs are prominent, and everyone strictly follows safety regulations: checking equipment and identifying hazards before shifts, and tidying workstations after operations to keep the site clean.
Orders vary in urgency, with export orders and domestic custom models interleaved in the production schedule. When deadlines tighten, teams coordinate closely: technical staff align on processes on site, and production, quality inspection, and order tracking communicate progress promptly to resolve the technical challenges of customized models. From steel plate raw material to a complete plate rolling machine packed and ready for shipment, every step reflects the experience and craftsmanship of frontline operators.
There is nothing dramatic—just steady, day-after-day reliability. In the roaring factory, this is the truest daily life of Suxi Machinery: refining equipment with craftsmanship, honoring commitments with quality, and carefully building every piece of press-braking equipment to serve customers at production sites at home and abroad.
